Contact enquiries

Online ordering is currently closed. Just Biltong uses the name, email address and message you provide through the contact form to answer your enquiry. Cloudflare hosts the website and stores enquiries; Resend delivers messages to our private email inbox. Website enquiry records are deleted after 90 days. Email copies are managed separately in our inbox.

We process your enquiry to respond to your request and do not use it for marketing. To ask about your data or request a copy or deletion, please use our contact form. Please do not include sensitive health or payment information.

The website uses no marketing analytics. Cloudflare processes technical request information to deliver and protect the website. Owner sign-in uses essential authentication cookies. Order-specific privacy information will be published before online ordering opens.
