Collection
Collection is in Eindhoven on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, from 17:30. The precise collection instructions are shared privately by email after payment. A requested slot is confirmed only after verified payment and availability checks.
Returns & problems with an order
We do not offer voluntary change-of-mind returns. This does not affect any applicable statutory cancellation rights or your rights if an order is faulty, unsafe, incorrect or not as described. Please contact us if something is wrong.
Draft policy: any food-related exception to the statutory cancellation period will be stated before ordering, once shelf life and packaging have been confirmed.
WhatsApp handover
We’ll agree on a suitable public meeting location and time via WhatsApp. Your requested date is provisional until mutually agreed.
